Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance lands at Ashford Rugby Club in Kinneys Lane

These scenes show the moment an air ambulance landed on a rugby pitch today to airlift an injured person for treatment.

The incident happened at Ashford Rugby Club in Kinneys Lane, Ashford at 1.20pm.

Unconfirmed eye-witness accounts say a rugby player was treated at the scene and airlifted to a London hospital.
