A road in Ashford has had to be closed after a car got stuck on the rising bollards.

It is believed the car was following a bus in Beaver Road, which the bollards automatically lower for, when it got caught as they begun to rise again.

Stagecoach has now confirmed that the road could be closed for up to an hour and a half as the car is removed.

Diversions have been put in place, however there may still be some disruption to the bus service.
