Long-awaited B&M in Ashford store set to open

The long awaited B&M store will open in Ashford town centre tomorrow morning.

In preparation for the opening, the new store’s staff have chosen representatives from homeless charity Porchlight, alongside Ashford Mayor Cllr Winston Michael, to unveil the new outlet.

As well as opening the new store, the Porchlight reps will also receive £250 worth of B&M vouchers to thank them for taking part and for all their hard work they do in the community.

Store manager Nadine Snelling, said: “Porchlight really stood out as they go the extra mile for the community, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you. We hope our donation can help them to continue the great work.”

She added: “The new team have been working really hard to get the store ready and we can’t wait to get the doors open and show customers their new B&M.”
