Boy airlifted to hospital after bus collision in Singleton Hill in Ashford

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 10-year-old boy was involved in a collision with a bus.

Officers and the ambulance service were called to the incident on Singleton Hill in Ashford at around 9.15am today.

The 10-year-old boy was treated for his injuries at the scene before being taken by the air ambulance to a London hospital for further medical attention.

His condition is described as serious but stable.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the bus or the boy immediately before or during the collision, or who have dashcam footage to get in contact.
