Brian Peter Gibbons, from New Romney, 'most wanted' after alleged burglary and assault in Hamstreet

A New Romney man charged with burglary and assault has been added to Kent's most wanted list.

Police want to speak to Brian Peter Gibbons, 36, after he failed to attend Folkestone Magistrates Court on Wednesday, January 4.

The 36-year-old, of Church Road, was due to face magistrates after an alleged burglary at Annings Garage in Hamstreet last year.

It was reported that on Friday, December 9, between 3.20am and 4.20am two battery impact guns (tools) worth more than £1,000 were stolen.

Gibbons is also charged with an assault that allegedly happened at the same time at the same address.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 101 quoting 'most wanted' and the crime reference number ZY/44496/16.
