Flats in Ashford's iconic new Panorama building sell out

All the lower level apartments in The Panorama apartment block in Ashford have now been sold.

The flats on floors one to six of the nine-storey building have all been snapped up, and now just 26 apartments remain available to buy on the seventh floor.

Phase one of the regeneration work on the former office block in Park Street by developers Dukelease Properties started earlier this year.

When complete The Panorama, formally known as Charter House, will house a total of 234 one- and two-bedroom open-plan apartments. The building will look like the artist's impression above.

It will also feature a roof-top garden, retail units on the ground floor and on-site parking.

David O’Neil, development director at Dukelease, said: “We are delighted that all apartments on floors one to six have been sold. It is fantastic proof that the housing market in Ashford is buoyant and we are looking forward to the official launch of the penthouses next year."
