The eastbound carriageway of the M20 between junctions 11 and 12 has re-opened after an earlier incident in which a vehicle overturned, but drivers are still being warned to expect long delays.

The Highways Agency was estimating delays of at least 30 minutes, with normal traffic flow anticipated around noon.

The accident reported earlier today caused heavy congestion.
