Developers seek businesses to occupy the shops, cafes and restaurants being created at base of Ashford's Panorama apartment block

Businesses are being sought to fill the retail units on the ground floor of Ashford’s new Panorama apartment block.

London-based developers Dukelease Properties are seeking a variety of tenants, including a mix of retail shops, cafes and restaurants, to occupy the units on the bottom floor of the building, formally Charter House.

All tenants will be offered long term leases on the commercial spaces, which vary in size from 2,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft.

Parking, outdoor seating and additional space on the lower ground floor will be available and all units can be tailored to meet a tenant’s needs.

Dukelease, who bought the building in 2008, say they are already in talks with a number of restaurants and supermarkets interested in the space.

Once complete The Panorama will include a total of 234 one and two-bedroom open-plan apartments.
