Ashford rap artist Tiny-K performed at Snoop Dogg concert at o2 Indigo

A budding rap artist from Ashford performed at a Snoop Dogg concert last night.

Jordan Peck, aka "Tiny-K", from Kennington won a competition to perform at the official Musicalize website launch party at the O2 Indigo in London.

The 19-year-old shared the stage with other grime, hip-hop and rap artists Chipmunk, Stomzy, Scorcher and Ghetts.

Snoop Dogg, who also goes by the name of Snoop Lion, DJ Snoopadelic or even Snoopzilla, was headlining the concert.

Snoop, real name Cordozar Calvin Broadus, is one of the most famous American rap artists, has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide and appeared in hit film Starsky and Hutch.

But it was english grime artist Ghetts that got former Homewood pupil Jordan starstruck.

He said: "It was mental meeting Ghetts, he actually came over and said hello to me which was amazing. He was really sound to be fair.

"The whole night was absolutely amazing, I really couldn't fault it at all.

"I thought I would be nervous when I went on stage but I don't know what came over me, I was just buzzing!

"There was loads of people from Ashford there support me which was great, I think hearing them shouting my name proper helped.

"I got approached by some promoters afterwards which was mental and am now in talks about future stuff.

"To be honest, I was more mad about dancing with all of the famous people in the VIP bit.

"It was crazy!"

Herne Bay DJ Dannie Bee also performed at the concert.
