Drivers puzzled by parking signs at Ashford boot fair

Bargain hunters have been left puzzled by confusing signs telling them where to park at a boot fair.

Organisers of the Ashford fair, which is held every Sunday on the Orbital Park market site, set up a sign directing drivers to parking bays.

But just a matter of feet away, a wooden sign says no parking is allowed.

Earlier this year, organisers started charging shoppers to get into the fair for the first time.

They are asking for £1 per car and pedestrians entering the sale on foot are charged 50p.
