Traffic heading through Harbledown is facing delays as a car has blocked the road.
Police were called at 6.43am after Church Hill was partially blocked by a VW Golf.
It is thought the vehicle's handbrake my have failed, causing the blockage near The Mint.
A Kent Police spokesperson confirmed officers are aware of the incident and a patrol will be sent to the scene.
