The Simpsons Estate, near Canterbury, harvests sparkling wine crop

By Ellis Stephenson

The Simpsons Estate near Canterbury is no different. It produces grapes for red and white wines but also prides itself in making sparkling wines.

The business produces more than 30,000 bottles of wine a year and that number will only grow, according to its owners.
