Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury lit up in tribute to Paris attack victims

The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury was lit in the colours of the French Tricolour last night as Kent paid tribute to those killed in the Paris massacre.

It came as the first victim of Friday night's killings was named as Nick Alexander from Colchester in Essex.

A total of 129 people have now been confirmed dead with more than 350 wounded.

Three teams of attackers were involved in the Paris attack in which 129 people were killed and more than 350 wounded, France's chief prosecutor has revealed.

Seven attackers have been killed, and that all had been heavily armed and wearing explosive belts.

Mr Alexander is the first Briton confirmed dead in the attacks. He was selling merchandise at the Eagles of Death Metal gig targeted by the attackers.
