University of Kent votes for industrial action after University and College Union ballot against changes to pensions

Staff at nearly 70 universities across the UK - including the University of Kent - have voted for industrial action over changes to their pensions.

The University and College Union says it will likely lead to a marking boycott and no exams being set.

Talks between the UCU and employers' representatives to try to end the dispute will take place on Wednesday.
