Local news: More than before

THIS week the Whitstable Gazette, Herne Bay Gazette and Faversham News is set to bring you more of the news that matters to you.

Our sister papers have increased the number of pages dedicated to stories in their area and have moved the Community News section forward in the paper.

Editor Leo Whitlock said: "Here at the Gazette and Faversham News, we know that you live your life locally.

"That is why we have decided to increase our coverage in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Faversham and bring our popular Community News section closer to the front of the paper.

"Our correspondents are dedicated to keeping you up to date with everything that is going on in your town or village. They care because they live there like you.

"We want to give our readers more for their money."

Your copy of the Gazette or Faversham News will still carry all of your favourites - your top-class What’s On supplement and our superb sports pages.

In all of our editions, including the Kentish Gazette, we have boosted our local Going Out entertainment pages.

Your Gazette and Faversham News will remain the best place to find a job, a new or used car and somewhere new to live.

Your value-packed Gazette and Faversham News also brings you your FREE monthly copy of Focus magazine.

The Gazette and Faversham News is YOUR newspaper so we want to hear from you.
