Man injured in lorry crash on A2 Harbledown

A man was treated by paramedics after a crash involving a car and a lorry.

The accident happened on the coast-bound A2 at Harbledown just before 8pm yesterday.

Emergency services including police, ambulance and fire crews were called.

When firefighters arrived, they gave the man - thought to be aged around 50 - first aid.

He was then handed to the care of paramedics.

Crews made the scene safe before leaving at around 8.30pm.
