Police called after reports of a disturbance among 10 people in Herne Bay

It was not the perfect end to a perfect day when a row erupted that involved guests from a wedding reception.

Police were called out after a disturbance among around 10 people in Mortimer Street, Herne Bay in this early hours of this morning.

Officers spoke to a number of people, but no assault allegations were made, there were no serious injuries and no arrests.

Police are continuing to investigate whether further action is needed.
