Two car crash closes A257 near Wingham Wildlife Park

A two car crash blocked the A257 at Wingham this evening.

The accident happened just after 5pm on Gobery Hill, at the junction with Rusham Road, with one car ending up in a ditch.

One man has been taken to hospital, his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The hill was closed in both directions while the vehicles were recovered.

The road is now reopen.
