Crash in Wingham on A257 sparks delays

Delays built up in Wingham this morning after a two-car crash.

The A257 was closed in both directions following the accident, which happened between Preston Hill and the High Street at around 9am.

Congestion backed up to Wingham Well Lane and Pedding Lane.

The road reopened at about 10.30am.
