The inquest into the death of a biker who died after a crash with a car on the M25 slip road at Dartford has been adjourned.

Father-of-two Brian Reddin, 56, died on July 17 near the roundabout on Princes Road which leads down to the M25.

At Gravesend's Old Town Hall today the inquest was adjourned after two key witnesses failed to appear, one because of ill health.

Police and ambulance crews were called at about 8am after reports that the grandfather-of-four’s bike had collided with a white Peugeot 306.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Speaking at the time, his family said: “This is such a devastating loss as Brian was a very experienced rider of over 30 years.”
