A motorway lane on the M25 was closed this morning due to an accident.

Motorists experienced slow traffic and one lane closure due to accident on M25 Dartford Crossing QE2 Bridge clockwise from J31 A1306 West Thurrock to J1A A206 for Swanscombe.

Lane one of four was closed at the end of the bridge.

Traffic officers from Highways England attended and the bridge is now clear.
