Youths on motorbikes have been firing at pedestrians with fire-extinguishers in drive-by attacks near Bluewater.
Police are appealing for information following an attack on Tuesday, and another last month, but residents say yobs on bikes are causing a nuisance on a regular basis.
In the latest incident on Tuesday afternoon, two people on a moped are reported to have sprayed a fire extinguisher towards a member of the public while riding in an anti-social manner in London Road, Greenhithe, at around 5.50pm.
Commenting online, one witness said they saw two boys on a bike cross over the road before the area was clouded in smoke.
"Once the traffic started moving I saw two young school lads covered in white powder. One of the lads face was literally covered," they added. "So dangerous!"
Another said anti-social riders had been plaguing the area on a daily basis.
Last month police were called to London Road after a report of two people riding a motorbike in an anti-social manner at 7.35pm on Wednesday April 5.
They were again reported to be carrying a fire extinguisher and were seen spraying it towards a footpath and also into the road.
Police say no suspects have been identified.
