Flames from a car fire spread to a nearby home causing damage to the property.
The vehicle burst into flames in Wentworth Drive, Dartford, yesterday afternoon and was "well alight" when firefighters arrived.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said the fire spread to a nearby property and damaged the outside of a window.
Crews were called at 4.45pm and had put the fire out by 5.20pm.
