This is the dramatic moment a van erupted into a fireball near the Dartford Crossing.
The vehicle burst into flames on the approach to the tunnels at about 2.45pm yesterday.
Thick smoke billowed into the sky as motorists were forced to avoid the blazing van on the A282.
Passengers had fled the vehicle and pulled tools and ladders onto the side of the carriageway.
No one is believed to have been hurt in the blaze.
