Brownies from 2nd Swanley happy to lend helping hand on visit to Swanley & District Foodbank

Brownies from 2nd Swanley were happy to lend a helping hand when they visited Swanley & District Foodbank.

The pack, together with Brown Owl Katie Lowe, donated their own food collection before being given a guided tour by volunteers Elaine Fitzsimons, 55, and Iris Moore, 56.

The High Street food bank is run by the Trussell Trust. Manager Connie Hatch, 70, said: “The Brownies’ visit was a pleasure and they enjoyed giving to others.”
