All lanes have now reopened but traffic is still queueing after a serious crash on the M25.

The crash happened at J1A anti-clockwise near the Dartford Tunnel, with congestion stretching back as far as the Swanley Interchange for the M20 at J3.

The west tunnel was temporarily closed following a crash on the other side of the river at the exit from the tunnel.
