Man dies after balcony fall in Town Hall Square in Crayford Road, Crayford

A man has died after falling from a block of flats in Crayford yesterday afternoon.

Emergency services rushed to the Town Hall flats in Town Hall Square in Crayford Road at about 5pm.

Bexley Police said they were called to reports of a male falling from a fifth floor balcony.

The London Air Ambulance landed in the nearby Sainsbury's car park.

A police spokesman said: "A male believed to be aged in his late 50s or early 60s was declared deceased at the scene.

"The incident is not being treated as suspicious."
