Man taken to hospital after car crash between junctions 3 and 4 of M25 near Swanley

A man was taken to hospital after his car crashed on the M25.

The incident took place between junctions 3 (Swanley) and 4 (Orpington) at 12.30am today.

The car hit the central reservation barrier and firefighters were forced to use hydraulic cutting equipment to remove the top and rescue the driver.

He was then taken by paramedics to hospital, no other people were hurt.
