A man's body, believed to be that of missing Bartlomiej Kurpiewski, has been discovered by a search team in Greenhithe.

One of the teams looking for Mr Kurpiewski discovered a man’s body at about 1.55pm today.

Formal identification is yet to take place but Mr Kurpiewski's next of kin have been informed.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.

The 27-year-old went missing from his home in Castle Street, Greenhithe, on Wednesday.
