Mick Jagger attended Wentworth Primary School in Dartford where he had met Kieth Richards but the pair had lost touch after Jagger passed his 11-plus and won a place at Dartford Grammar School.

Keith attended Dartford Technical High School for Boys, where he was expelled for truancy and ended up at Sidcup Art College.

On October 17, 1961, the pair met up once again. Keith said in his autobiography that he spotted Mick carrying some Chuck Berry records and they immediately hit it off- the reason behind the infamous plaque at Dartford Train Station.
