Action for Communities in Rural Kent's mobile cafe visits Chestnut Grove, Wilmington

A new cafe rolled into one of Dartford’s villages for one day only.

Chestnut Grove in Wilmington hosted the mobile cafe, which is being driven across the county by Action for Communities in Rural Kent.

As well as the chance to enjoy a good cuppa and a slice of cake, visitors can also learn about the heritage of where they live.

Cllr Ian Armitt (Con) said: “Wilmington Parish Council was pleased to be able to support this project through promotion and allowing the use of the open space at Chestnut Grove.”
