There were delays on the M25 following a crash involving two cars and two lorries.

The pile-up happened anticlockwise, between junction 2 for the Darenth Interchange and junction 3 at the Swanley Interchange for the M20 shortly before 7.40am.

Lanes three and four were initially blocked but the accident has now been moved to the hard shoulder and the motorway reopened.

Police attended the scene where no injuries have been reported.
