Two lanes have now reopened on the M25 after a crash between a motorbike and a car.
Lanes three and four were shut earlier on the anti-clockwise carriageway between J3 for the A20 at Swanley and J2 for the A2.
Traffic was already slow on the approach to the Dartford Tunnels.
