Kent Police appeal after teen robbed of white iPhone 5s near Swanley railway station

Two men reportedly punched and threatened a teenage boy before robbing him at knifepoint.

The young man told police he had just left Swanley railway station and was walking along Station Approach, towards Azalea Drive, when he was approached by two men who started shouting at him then attempted to steal his bag.

One man is alleged to have threatened the victim with a small flick knife before both men started to punch the victim. The men then ran away in the direction of Everest Place and Hart Dyke Road with the boy's bag.

The incident is alleged to have happened in Azalea Drive at about 7pm on Friday, June 16.

The youngster's bag contained a white iPhone 5s, headphones, an asthma pump, a quantity of cash and keys.

One suspect is described as white, aged between 19 and 20 and wearing a white t-shirt with blue and orange writing on and grey tracksuit bottoms. He is slim with mousey coloured hair.

The second suspect is described as white, aged between 20 and 23, 5ft 7in tall and of a medium build. He was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a black vest.
