An accident involving three vehicles on the A282 has closed two lanes on the approach to Dartford Tunnel.

The police were called just after 11am after a collision between three vehicles in lane three.and Lanes three and four are currently closed.

A spokesman for Kent Police said there are only minor injuries and an elderly passenger is being treated for shock.

The incident is affecting traffic at junction 1A anti-clockwise.
