Burglars search Dartford home for items to steal after breaking in and holding woman in 80s

Burglars raided a home after breaking in while a woman in her 80s was inside.

Police were called to the home in Temple Hill, Dartford after the raid at 9.15pm on Tuesday, September 20.

A man and woman got in by forcing a back window, before the woman stood guard with the elderly victim and the man scoured the home.

It is reported a portable DVD player was stolen.

The man is described as white, in his 20s, of thin build and dark hair. The woman is described as white, in her 20s, 5ft 5ins, of medium build and short dark hair.
