The work will involve overnight carriageway closures and is due to be completed, weather permitting, on Friday, April 4.

The work will be carried out overnight, between 9pm and 5am, in two phases. The London-bound carriageway will be closed between the dedicated link road (to the northbound A282) and the entry slip road up to and including February 28.

A diversion will be in place via the link road to the northbound A282 and turn at junction 1a to access the junction 2 roundabout.

The coastbound carriageway will be closed between the exit slip road and the link road (from the southbound A282) from Monday, March 3 up to and including April 4.

A diversion will be in place via the northbound A282 and turn at junction 1a to use the dedicated link road to the eastbound A2.
