Dartford boosted their Skrill Premier survival hopes on Saturday afternoon with a 2-0 win at relegated Hyde.

Alex Wall scored both goals to take his recent tally to three in two games.

The on-loan Luton striker opened the scoring with a towering header from close-range on 57 minutes. That was the 100th league goal Hyde had conceded this season.

And Wall made sure of the three points when he doubled his tally 10 minutes from time.

There was good news from elsewhere, too, with the three sides immediately above Dartford in the table all losing.

That means they're now just three points from safety with a game in hand over fifth-bottom Chester.
