Uche Ibemere opened his Dartford account with a late strike which earned them a valuable point at Hereford in the Skrill Premier.

The former VCD and Chatham striker, who earned a deal at Princes Park in the summer after impressing on trial, turned home a Ryan Hayes free-kick with just five minutes remaining at Edgar Street.

It was Ibemere's eighth league appearance in a Dartford shirt, all of which have been made as a substitute.

Tony Burman's side had taken an 11th-minute lead when Matt Godden's far-post cross was converted by Lee Noble.

Godden, on loan from Scunthorpe United, then forced a good save from Hereford keeper Rhys Evans.

But the home side turned the game on its head with two goals in 11 minutes after the restart.

Kevin Krans thumped a 25-yard shot into the top corner for the equaliser and Ross Dyer then bundled the Bulls in front after Danny Walker had headed Sam Gwynne's cross back across goal.

The home side should have put the game beyond Dartford when Gwynne hit the woodwork and Walker blazed the rebound over with the goal gaping.

And the Darts made them pay for that miss when Ibemere struck.
