Victoria Woodbridge was

Drivers ignored a dying young woman after she was hit by a
car in Swanley, it has emerged today.
Pedestrian Victoria Woodbridge, 20, was knocked down in London
Road on Wednesday evening.
She was put on life support at a specialist London
hospital, but she died yesterday afternoon.
Today the first person on the scene of the crash told
how she frantically tried to raise the alarm to other
motorists.
Driving instructor Gemma Kelsey said: "Everyone was slowing down
to have a look, but they kept on driving past.
"One guy fortunately stopped in the main road and tried to wave
vehicles around us."

She became involved when she saw a brown Volkswagen
Touran in front of her in London Road suddenly swerve.
It had just hit Miss Woodbridge - known as Vicky - at
the Brook Road junction.
With the driver partly out of her vehicle and screaming, Ms
Kelsey parked to see what she could do to help.
She stayed by her side until four ambulance crews
- including specialist paramedics - gave Vicky first
aid at the scene.
Miss Woodbridge suffered serious head injuries and
was rushed to King's College hospital, London, where
she died less than 24 hours later.
Today floral tributes have been left at the scene of the
crash, close to a pedestrian crossing on the 40mph-limit road.
One read: "Words cannot express how you were the kindest caring
sister I could have and a wonderful aunty. God bless."

Miss Woodbridge - who lived in Laburnum Avenue, Swanley,
with her parents -was hit at about 6pm on Wednesday.
Kent Police appealed for help in investigating the crash, and
called for witnesses to contact Kent's serious collision
investigation unit of 01622 798538.
