Dartford boss Tony Burman captures defender Joe Bruce from Braintree

Dartford boss Tony Burman has continued to reshape his squad for
Blue Square Bet South with the acquisition of Braintree defender
Joe Bruce.
The versatile former Cambridge United defender, 26, can play
anywhere across the back four, but is particularly comfortable at
centre-back or right-back.
He joins fellow defenders Tom Champion and Paul Goodacre who
have already switched from Braintree to join Burman (pictured)
at Princes Park this summer.
Bruce is understood to have verbally committed to stay with the
Irons before an about turn to join the Ryman League Premier
Division winning Darts.
Bruce has also played for Grays, Basingstoke, Bishop's
Stortford, Welling and Cambridge City.
