Elliot Bradbrook looks set to be ruled out of Dartford’s
Blue Square Bet South trip to leaders Woking on Saturday.
The in-form skipper limped out of Tuesday’s FA Trophy draw
against Wealdstone after only seven minutes and Darts boss Tony
Burman is pessimistic about his chances.
Burman said: "We don’t know how severe it is at the moment but I
think he will be missing at the weekend.
"He pulled up suddenly off the ball and came off but I don’t
think it unsettled us though.
"Elliot in my opinion is the best midfider in the league and has
been proving that in the last few weeks."
Bradbrook will have treatment at training tonight (Thursday) and
Burman will also check defender Matty Jones, who went off with
concussion five minutes from the end against Wealdstone.
Dartford are Woking’s nearest challengers, 11 points behind the
Surrey club, as they aim to keep the runaway front-runners in their
sights.
Woking have stuttered in recent weeks with defeats at home to
Staines and at Salisbury but Burman said: "Woking have suffered a
few blips but they are a good side and nobody is disputing that
fact. They are still top and the team to beat. We will be going
there to give it a good go."
