Alicia Davis and Charlotte Coulson to stand trial at Old Bailey for murder of Michael Kerr

Two women accused of stabbing a budding DJ to death in his car will stand trial at the Old Bailey in October.

Alicia Davis, 22, and Charlotte Coulson, 21, are charged with the murder of 30-year-old Michael Kerr in Capel-Le-Ferne.

The body of the former Harbour School pupil was discovered in Satmar Lane on April 10 this year.

Davis and Coulson appeared in court by video link from prison for a plea and case management hearing.

No pleas were entered and the case was adjourned until July 26.

Judge Peter Rook QC set the trial for October 7 this year.

Davis, of Milner Crescent, Aylesham, and Coulson, of Clarendon Street, Dover, were both remanded in custody.

Mr Kerr lived with his grandparents at King's Ropewalk, Aycliffe.
