Air ambulance transports casualty after incident at Salisbury Road, Walmer

A teenage boy was taken by air ambulance to William Harvey Hospital after a collision with a car in Walmer, yesterday.

Emergency services attended the scene in Salisbury Road just after 4pm following the incident which involved a pedestrian on a skateboard and a car.

The road was closed off as the boy was treated at the road side.

He was later transported by air suffering an abdomen injury.
