Area of Dover cordoned off after man, 26, taken to hospital with cuts

Police are making house-to-house inquiries in an area of Dover today after a man was injured.

A 26-year-old man was taken to hospital with cuts after an incident last night.

It happened at about 7.30pm in Shooters Hill, off London Road.

Kent Police said the man's injuries were not life-threatening.

Part of Shooters Hill was cordoned off and police have also been studying CCTV coverage of the area.

They have asked anyone who witnessed the incident to call them on 101.
