Crash on A258 Dover to Deal road causes delays

A 47-year-old man was injured in a crash on the A258 earlier this afternoon (Tuesday).

Traffic on the A258 is also suffering delays after a two-vehicle crash.

Police and SECAmb were called to the scene at 3.01pm.

It happened on the Deal-bound carriageway between Ringwould and Martin Mill, at Oxney Bottom.

Buses to Deal have been delayed as a result.

SECAmb sent a single responder car and an ambulance crew.

Paramedics treated a 47-year-old man for potential chest and spinal injuries and he was taken to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for more treatments.

No other people were injured.
