Emergency services have been helping a man who came off his pushbike in Walmer this afternoon.
It happened at 1.18pm in Gladstone Road, where he is said to have suffered a head injury.
An eyewitness said there were two ambulances at the scene.
It is not known the seriousness of his condition, but the police confirmed he was due to be taken to an east Kent hospital.
