Dover Athletic assistant manager Jake Leberl says the support of the Whites players has been key to the 31-day transformation from play-off possibles to title contenders.
Chris Kinnear returned to the Crabble dugout on February 2 with Dover’s Blue Square Bet South play-off hopes hanging by a thread after five straight defeats.

However Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Maidenhead made it five wins and a draw from six games and left Dover six points clear of sixth-placed Weston with a game in hand, and only eight adrift of leaders Welling.
Leberl (pictured) revealed: “It’s crazy how quickly things change in football. When we came in here people were wondering if we’d even be able to make the play-offs, now we’ve still got a chance of winning the league.
“There are a lot of games still to come though, so we are not going to get too carried away.”
Havant visit Crabble on Saturday and Leberl warned: “It is a dangerous game. They are one of those teams that play football, have some good individuals and can beat anyone on their day.”
Captain Ian Simpemba starts a five-match suspension, comprising three matches for his red card at Boreham Wood and two matches for receiving 10 yellow cards this season.
