Roof fall man flown to London hospital

A man has been airlifted to hospital with head injuries after falling from a roof of a bungalow in Whitfield.

The 47-year-old man had to be given emergency treatment at the scene, because he was becoming unconscious.

He was then flown to King’s College Hospital in London by the Kent air ambulance which had landed in a nearby field.
