Two arrested after man was stabbed in a flat in London Road, Dover

Two men have been arrested after a man was stabbed last night.

Police were called to London Road, Dover, at 10pm following reports of an assault inside a flat.

A 26-year-old man from Dover was taken to King’s College Hospital in London to be treated for a stab injury, believed to have been caused by a knife.

He has undergone surgery and his condition is described as stable and not life threatening.

A 28-year-old man from Dover was arrested at 10.25pm on suspicion of assault and a 25-year-old man from Deal was arrested at 11.10pm, also on suspicion of assault.

They remain in police custody.
